That’s why I’m glad she asks me! And the email was out of the blue, too. I literally googled the lawyer who sent the email and everything to make sure they were legit before I told her to call them to set up the appointment

I’m so glad I’ve pretty much trained my mom to ask me about any weird emails or texts she might get. No judgement if she’s not sure, she just takes a screenshot and asks me if it’s a scam. 99% of the time it is
