"Here's what GPT had to say" has the same energy as a toddler who walks into the room and says "Look what I found in the toilet!"

Any time someone says they used AI for something I immediately take them less seriously. It is not able to do the jobs we ask it to do with any reliable amount of accuracy, AND it was built off of stolen data.
And it's done! Now I have a posable hand model for costume mannequins and for drawing practice.

Check out my current project: I'm making a posable mannequin hand. I modeled this in Onshape.

Calligrapha is an apt name for this genus of beetle. Woburn, MA. I have only seen two of these during my years of taking macro pics!

Palestine does not belong to Israel or the US or any of it's billionaire syncophants. Free Palestine!
Origami cicada, designed and folded by me from one square of paper.

I've designed about 4 or 5 cicadas over the past 20 years, but this one has that vibe I was looking for. The timing was right since I completed it last year, during the historic cicada emergence.

Red rock crab (Cancer irroratus) origami, designed and folded by me. This is a variation of a crab design I did almost 20 years ago.

Lessons to be learned:

1. Centrists align with far-right to look tough on immigration
2. Centrists gain nothing
3. Far-right wins more power
When I'm on other platforms, I divide my macro photos to separate channel. I'm thinking now, why complicate things? Here's a fly.

Photos taken with Sony Alpha a6300 with Laowa 85mm macro lens and custom 3D printed diffuser.
"Into bouldering?" "AM NOW!"
I'm afraid I can't be of much help, I haven't used those printers before - but if it were up to me, I would carefully take it apart and try to see what the problem is.
Yeah, as it was known in the Americas!
I found myself in LA without a 3D printer, so I crafted this prop the traditional way, with paper, knife, and glue.

OpenAI scraping our collective intellectual property and then getting upset that deepseek might’ve done the same to them is not the double standard I wanted to see today. Hahahaha fuck all of them.

⚠️ Google has given you access to The Computer That Lies.

⚠️ You are now required to use The Computer That Lies.
Thanks! I will do a post soon on how I crafted it from paper.

Let me know if the proper nudity filters are working. I do like that we have the option to tag our work appropriately rather than see everything banned with inconsistent criteria.
My most recent project, the armor suit from the anime Mospeada from the 1980s. I got to meet Shinji Aramaki and Keiichiro Maeno, anime and toy designers who worked on the real thing!

I designed the suit using Onshape and printed out the pieces on my custom 3D printer.
