Sen. Roger Marshall: "October 18 is when the protest gets here. This will be a Soros paid-for protest for his professional protesters. The agitators show up. We'll have to get the National Guard out. Hopefully it will be peaceful. I doubt it."

I'm pissed. I've participated is all of the protest events held so far and haven't received a penny from Soros.

Roger Marshall and the entire GOP are terrified that the protests on the 18th will be MASSIVE, and all Americans will see peaceful resistance by millions of their fellow citizens.

I don't believe Singapore built any facilities on US bases. They contracted with the USAF for use of space and for training. The building of a separate facility on a US base by Qatar is a new thing, and quite weird.

Interesting for sure, but we've trained pilots from other countries buying our military fighters for decades. What's different here is Qatar is being allowed to build their own facility in the US.

What a loss! I used their work on designing and evaluating social experiments in my intervention research seminar. Two great minds! What a loss for MIT and the US.

When authoritarian leadership attacks universities the best and brightest will move to greener and safer pastures.
