Great video, this is such an issue for me. I like your metrics for measuring whether to add content or not because as a DM you can get starry eyed about your cool "shower idea" of the week. Narrowing what is acceptable puts a stop to that.

Today's #TTRPG thought: Session 0 is an excellent practice, but it shouldn't end once play commences. The lines of communication must remain open, allowing for an ongoing conversation between all participants to manage expectations and/or deal with issues which may arise during play.
