Update: this is finally fixed! Insurance called just to check in and I was like "well since you're calling...." and the new guy on the phone was like "yeah for sure." I voluntarily went on hold so he could ask his supervisor if there was a survey they could send me so I can sing his praises
The car insurance guy I'm on the phone with to transfer our policy since we moved states is very uncomfortable when I point out how they keep defaulting to my husband's name even when I'm the one doing all the paperwork or was the first to sign. They even listed his name next to MY EMAIL

While reading historical romance I sometimes used to roll my eyes at people saying correspondence was what took up the majority of their time, but I have a friend I'm doing multi-paragraph emails with about stuff and it takes me like forty five minutes per reply with a keyboard/backspace!!
