Watching Mad Men Season 2 and playing with a inflation calculator. Don's paycheck is $974, today would be about 10K. That was October 11th, and the stub says he made $15k for the year. $974 paid biweekly and got a bonus, maybe? Then Sterling Cooper sells he's clearing $500k or about $5.3M today.
