Good news: #Maine just adopted the April 2024 federal EPA drinking water standards for #PFAS

The new standards are more stringent than the previous Maine drinking water standards

This rule applies to community public water systems and bottled water suppliers

Talk about Orwellian. The Trump @EPA just put out a press release claiming #PFAS molecules that persist in environment for MILLIONS OF YEARS are not “forever chemicals.” They are, according to scientists!
