It’s exactly one year since I adopted Evie 😻 I trudged for an hour across waterlogged fields and an old graveyard to get to her foster home, soaking my trainers, socks and trousers (please note that this wasn’t necessary, I just made some foolish decisions and refused to turn back).

The cyber attack on Prospect Union in June 2025, members were only properly informed in October. Prospect has 150k+ members. Bank details, email addresses, employment, equality & protected characteristics were breached. While this article centres national security - LGBTQ+ people are at risk. [1/n]

Heading from the more scouse side of the Wirral over to the fancier side for a family do in West Kirby. On the map you can also see Thurstaston which means “Thor’s stone” because a few years ago, the Norse god Thor put a big stone on top of a hill. Not sure why but the view from there is amazing.

Prospect union members got an email today about a data breach that happened in June. Way too late and seemingly not enough information shared with members.
