Apparently it’s a crime to remind military members to follow the law and refuse illegal orders (something that it is ingrained in basic) and the pentagon can recall you into the service to discipline you. However, the pentagon will not prosecute you for dodging the draft five times.

Looks pretty accurate. Sitting in a gold plated office, building a 200 million dollar ballroom, millions for golf, while cutting vital services for the peasants. Trump and his minions seem about as concerned about the hardship they put on people as Marie Antoinette was.

Freedom of the press is a constitutional right. The WH can set rules for press credentials but removing a journalist or outlet because of what they report raises serious First Amendment concerns. The government can’t silence coverage it doesn’t like. That would be an attempt to control the media.
