I have seen this guy in multiple arenas, and his behavior is always the same: aggressive, loud, speaking over others, and bullying. Even with his constituents.

Beautiful picture. But what I see here is a Congressperson who is essentially saying they stand with immigrant people of color, ignoring African-Americans who marched, fought, legislated, and died so all Americans, especially those of color, had their civil rights acknowledged.
