Now normally I would answer this as Percy BUT there's one man who likes tea more in my ensemble of cast. It's Hamako.
For Hamako, bitter teas are his favorite. Namely Matcha. It holds a bit of special love for him due to his parents always having a 'tea time' in the day for all three.
