I couldn't find good eye scar mods that looked painful enough to look like his eye was gouged so if anyone has recommendations pls feel free to link me. Otherwise I just have him with a missing limbal ring on his right eye for now.

Cessarion is supposed to have a scar over his right eye. This is because he gouged his own eye out in a bit of insanity; he witnessed a gruesome sight, I won't reveal what.
