Basically as a Dispatcher, the job is to make sure the hero is able to do their job as effectively and efficiently as possible— take off some of the workload so they can focus on the field work!

A Dispatcher is someone who sits back at base, receives calls from a network assigned to the heroes.
A necessary part for any hero network, someone to receive in the calls and send the appropriate hero to whatever problem had occurred, hack into systems to make a job easier, etc etc.
