A number of masked NIPAS officers here now have relieved troopers. These are cops from other suburban departments called in for police "mutual aid." Unsure what, if any, rules these guys have to follow re: face coverings while deployed right now (they are wearing assigned numbers).

No, I’m saying they are no where near being trained law enforcement. Not county sheriffs, state cops, or especially federal agents.

The Sun-Times *is reporting these were live rounds* fired at a vehicle.
