We can’t afford to weaken National Park protections ⚠️

But there are rumours that some in Westminster want to remove the Protected Landscapes duty - the only real power to secure action for nature

If rumours are true the decision to repeal the Protected Landscapes duty would be devastating.

We campaigned for this for over 30 years.

The duty was hard won, to backtrack now would be betraying our National Parks & Landscapes.

This outrageous level of sewage reflects aging & poorly maintained sewage infrastructure.

Sadly chalk streams are under threat thanks to over abstraction – removal of water from a natural source for uses such as drinking water🚰
