A scenic aerial view of a rugged countryside landscape with rolling hills covered in green and brown vegetation. A narrow rocky stream winds through the center of the valley, flanked by stone walls and dirt paths. Near the stream, slightly left of center, sits a small, isolated stone building with a pitched roof. The light of the setting or rising sun casts a warm golden glow over the hills and moorland.

The #YorkshireDales are for everyone... so it was uplifting to co-run a 4 mile off roadwalk with #access charity #AccesstheDales at Aysgarth Falls.
#AccesstheDales has 10 #Tramper #wheelchair hubs across the #YorkshireDales and #ForestofBowland making the inaccessible accessible to more people!

Help look after #birds in hot weather with a #birdbath - a shallow dish or saucer filled with water will do.
Change water daily to provide birds with a drink & a bath to keep their feathers in good condition. #wildlife

Sign petition to stop pet pesticides polluting rivers 💚
Millions of flea & tick treatments containing #imidacloprid & #fipronil are sold in UK every year. These powerful insecticides are restricted in farming but available for pets & are #polluting #rivers & #wildlife: www.change.org/p/stop-pet-p...

Wild swimming is fun, great for #mind & body and also connects you to #nature.
To stay safe #wildswimming; swim with a buddy, research the swim spot for depth & hidden hazards, check water conditions & be aware of cold water shock. Remember, many rivers look clear - but are polluted.

💧Last week we launched Making Space for Water. This week we took the campaign to the Houses of Parliament.

Here's why we are asking government to make #SpaceForWater and restore our rivers with nature-rich corridors, and why we think you should too

We've been granted permission by the High Court to intervene in a judicial review ⚖️

Why? A judge’s ruling in this case will significantly impact all of England’s Protected Landscapes; there must be a voice to represent these in the High Court
