Wow, wow, wow, yes.
It’s the “season of love and giving”…but this year, doesn’t it seem more like a “season of fear and taking”? Like many of you, I’ve been saddened by the human impact of draconian government budget cuts and how angry many housed Americans are at unhoused Americans.

I don’t encourage people to do or not do things, but if you don’t have a therapist, it’s healthy to ask yourself “What might happen if you didn’t do that? The good, the bad, and the neutral.”
After careful consideration with both myself and my therapist, I will NOT be going home for Christmas. Protecting my peace this year. 🤞🏾
