It turns out that the cancelling of the carbon tax did nothing to reduce consumer pricing. I’ve yet to see any savings. In fact, with the loss of the rebates, I’m pretty sure we’re worse off now.

Ironically CBC was created by a Conservative government. And because we were being bombarded with so much American news, noise and junk culture. CBC drives Canadian culture; Poilievre wants us Americanized, and if we are idiotic enough to elect him, he will trade our toques for Uncle Sam Top Hats.
Poilievre told Quebec he will protect French-language CBC and end English CBC because 'news in English is plentiful'.
He's wrong. The CBC requires no subscription, is richer, broader, local, national, investigative, accessible. Losing the CBC would be devastating for this country.
