Is there a democratically elected mayor in Lumiose City or is it only this CEO lady. If I’m being attacked by wild animals every time I go to visit my grandfather’s grave because they arbitrarily decided to make the cemetery he’s buried in a wild pokemon habitat who do I complain to.

The concept of these battle zones was already funny when I thought they were set areas of the city but finding out they change at random every night is HILARIOUS. Wym some random block of the city becomes pvp enabled every night without notice. Where is the city council.
