If people are going to play Metal Gear Solid 4 for the first time, this is required viewing. It is shorter than any of the game’s cut scenes so don’t worry.

I had some (finally) nice news about my life I can share.
Physiotherapist has cleared me to play softball again provided I keep up with exercises over the next few months. I am going to get another injection into my knee in a few weeks too.
Still got a hill to climb but progress. ❤️
