My 2.5 year old daughter discovered the movie Turning Red and she's obsessed, and obviously doesn't understand any of it (puberty, boy bands, coming of age.) I think she just thinks it's a movie about, in her words "big red kitty."

Vegan is a pretty well-recognized diet though, I'm talking more niche stuff that has no ethical foundation

The more restrictive your diet, the harder it will be to socialize with other people. This is a feature, not a bug. People who are more isolated will be more likely to want to go down the wellness rabbit hole.
