At #NDINHE3 University of Warwick about to present. Great stuff already 👏
These conferences are always worth the spoons they take.

Teacher belonging featuring in @profaileenk.bsky.social 's keynote today at #ISATT2025.
Who assesses who belongs/ who doesn't?
I'm 🤔 ways prof standards are weaponised /upheld in qualification pathways - and how they hit those who naturally question/challenge norms... (Au/ADHD?!)

This cardigan is called Teams. Every square is a meeting that could have been an email. It’s actually Teams Mk II as its predecessor had a bad experience with the washing machine.

When I see these headlines, I play "guess which paragraph reveals the person is autistic". It's paragraph 11, in case you were wondering.

Until we get timely diagnosis *AND ONGOING SUPPORT* for autistic people right, so many other things will keep going wrong.

This. It shouldn't be a guest lecture or a one-off training session or a project; universities need to be resourcing and investing in Neurodiversity Studies, and neurodivergent inclusion, for the long term.

Atm i'm being asked almost every week to give more uni talks, mainly as there are neurodivergent students interested in neurodiversity theory everywhere. It's nice to be asked, but would be much nicer if humanities departments actually advertised paid, neurodiversity themed lectureships.
