I think they’ll be reluctant to announce it immediately and urge Vance to get sworn in quietly but he will want the pomp and circumstance of a formal inauguration. Meanwhile, Miller makes whatever diabolical moved he’s been dreaming of. I think it could be multiple days before we officially know
