Will never not fry my brain that THIS phrasing is actual institutional capture and yet the media, including the BBC, uncritically platforms the idea that there’s a trans mafia secretly running everything behind the scenes.
It looks like that BBC page has been updated in the last few minutes, so that's no longer the last sentence. I think part of it has been moved to this paragraph in the middle of the article, and the age is no longer mentioned:

I’d add: we’ve seen on multiple occasions what it looks like when the British press are as one boiling with white hot fury, determined to rend and destroy until their hated enemies are utterly annihilated. Does this look anything like that and if it doesn’t, why not?
I 100% agree but I cannot tell you how bad it looks that this has become an urgent issue now, when they’re leading the polls, and it was a secondary issue at best for the last two decades when the lads had more important shit they wanted to focus on.

There’s a topic on the AO3 subreddit that has really pissed me off. Apparently some (usually popular) authors don’t respond to comments because they think it inflates their comment count and therefore is a false impression of popularity?! 🙄

Got wind of some (minor) complaints about Rocky being revealed in the trailer for the Project Hail Mary film and idk how to tell you, but he's in pretty much all of the book. I don't think they could avoid showing him as he's a main character.
