Catbirds are still around. And it’s much easier to hear the mockingbird now that the migrating songbirds have cleared out. Woodpeckers, Carolina wrens, blue jays, nuthatches, cardinals, crows…they round out the rest of the remaining choir. I‘m forgetting someone but I’m sure they forgive me.

A. some unexpected expense will arise and you put it towards that
B. you get the boots in ~150 days
C. you hold off on the boots, continue to squirrel away £1/day when possible, and wind up with enough to [insert something fun here]
