La France échappe de justesse a un décrochage d'air polaire, telle une bulle qui tombe du Grand Nord jusqu'aux Balkans.
Ce n'est pas la bulle qui est exceptionnelle, du classique frais en "Avril ne te découvre pas d'un fil" mais la chaleur le long de la façade Atlantique (26°C hier a paris)
