yes very very much so! my old kitty spooky was my familiar for sure and followed me around everywhere, he’s still a little wild but when its rest time he cuddles me and wherever i go in the house he doesn’t leave my side haha

i don’t use this app very often but here is a throwback to me getting buried in sand on hornby and then corwin asking me to be his life partner :) it was a lovely trip.

I just got home from hosting my first film screening for the new movie series I’ve curated at Nanaimo Art Gallery in partnership with the NFB. It was emotional to watch Kanehsatake exactly 35 years to the day that the resistance began. I thought of Wet’suwet’en. I cried in front of the audience 😬

i can’t stop thinking about the state of our health care system here in so-called canada. i’ve been waiting on a cardiologist referral for two years now, ive honestly kind of given up. i know so many people who are waiting on more important, life-altering tests that can’t get help. it’s scary.

A poster I made for a group show in Canada a couple years back.

i am in the process of beading hospital bracelets i’ve collected over the past two years of hospitalizations. this is the first project while i am in residence at Banff Centre.

this was a lot more emotional than i was anticipating. also in this house we ignore deadnames and misgendering.
