I haven't worked in the animation industry proper, but the Disney worship and mistreatment I and many of my classmates endured during my studies apparently is "industry standard." I still have some lingering traumas from it that were never taken seriously. I'd imagine there are mirrors here.

Like i stress myself out, twist myself up in knots thinking "what if someone gets this thing and feels like I wasted their time??" I cant stand it. I try to let it go and just create.

And meanwhile people with more money than God want to shovel cement down your throat and call it lunch.

This is why, more and more, I just can't muster up any desire to be a success in the mainstream art world. They want AI to make "content" for people who don't care.

I care about my art, and I want to give it to an audience who cares.

An audience i like and respect.
