My neighbor worked in drug interdiction & said when they flew over a boat suspected of running drugs, they shot out the engine to disable to boat and coast guard came and arrested them. Due process. 1

I just heard a long story on NPR about how the admin is NOT releasing immigrant children in custody to their parents or a family member. No doubt a for-profit prison is making $$$. Disgusting.

Here's an idea: Rob Reiner's daughters should sue Trump for $20 billion dollars (evidently Trump's favorite number) for slander, defamation, inciting violence, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

There is no sight that more efficiently puts the lie to immigration “court” than the common sight of children “representing themselves.” Children too small to climb into the chair, children in pajamas who don’t know where they are, children not yet old enough to speak.

According to the GAO, more full-time Walmart employees receive SNAP benefits than any other employer in the nation. Perhaps Walmart executives should spend more time puzzling over the ethics of that. www.gao.gov/assets/gao-2...

instead of saying this was good strategy, maybe senate dems should say: "the republicans were going to kill people by starving them to death, and because we aren't monsters, we decided to let this fight go. We'll keep fighting. Stop electing monsters."
