Constant reversals & cheap tricks isn't what made S1 of Kathy Bates's #Matlock a must-watch for me. The writers can do so much better than this.

I'll hang in for a couple more eps because I dig Bates & Marshall, but if this is all we get all season I won't last to the end. ☹️ 👎

Here's my Halloween project for #ShowMeYourKnits

It's going to be a #Sockhead hat when it grows up. One more inch of ribbing & it's on to the miles of stockinette! I fell in love with this #PNWPurls colorway called "Bump in the Night" 💜

Striping sock yarn in a gray, purple, black & lime green repeat in a cake is connected to a Sockhead hat in progress that's really just 2x2 ribbing atm.

Well put.
I maintain that one of the greatest weapons against fascism is joy. They dont understand it, they can't buy or sell it, they can't control it, they can't kill it or imprison it, it can happen anywhere at any time, even in the darkest corner in the darkest moment, and in it there is hope.

When the courts slap his hand, he's been backing down on his own at least part of the time. I mean, it's probably because he thinks SCOTUS will overturn it & give him a pass, but at least it stalls his plans.

I get you're scared, but the appropriate response to that is seeking out community & support. Get involved & you'll feel better, or at least don't bring others down with too.
