Not only did going off of them make me feel like shit but when I went into the doc today it turns out I have shed FORTY POUNDS since starting. Would probably be even less by now if I didn't let it run out. Suffice it to say I'm not pulling that boneheaded shit again I'm staying on these meds

Not my HRT, it turned out I had high blood sugar so I was given pills for it. I felt ashamed about it, like this only happened due to a lack of taking care of myself. So after the first prescription ran out I tried to do without it. I didn't realize how much it was helping until it stopped LMAO

Got back on my meds that I had been missing for about a week and I've spent all evening shitting my brains out. It's an oddly cleansing experience though, I can feel myself coming back to life

@hidive.com is on Bluesky, but here's a screencap from their Twitter account where they state what should feel obvious when it comes to the idea of using AI for anime translation & timing... but in today's world it's unfortunately not so obvious.

Good on Hidive, regardless.

Tetsuya Chiba’s art! The flow of the action, the impacts, the sfx lettering, and the expressions have that kinetic oomph you need for selling meaningful fights indistinguishable from a modern boom. But it’s married to the more exaggerated body language + simpler character design ethos of the era.

You know, since seeing it for the first time, I've thought a lot about the scene in Code Geass where Lelouch says that Nunnally didn't wish for a "better world," but a "kinder world". I think about that a lot.
