Not spending more money to buy a ticket to an event & time/money traveling to finally get a personal apology from someone. My DMs are free & my door is open.. and even if that's the way this worked (which it's not) I'm not going to reach out first just to risk being ignored or humiliated... again. 🤷🏻♀️
