YYH is in a bit of a doublesided situation where if you've grown up watching modern battle shonen there's not a lot of reason to watch it, but if you watched it growing up it's easy to feel like stuff like Demon Slayer is just doing the same thing with another skin so might as well rewatch it lol

Ok this is hilarious, CeX sold me a pirate Russian copy of Warriors: Legends of Troy with a very clear homemade photoshop on top. Unfortunately it doesn't play so I'll return it but just so you can see it, here's a comparisaon with the German PAL version. Not even the inner ring looks right LOL

I’m still early into Yooka-Replaylee but…

They did it!

Immediately - controls better, looks better, sounds better, paced SO MUCH better, and funnier. And I say this as someone who still does not like the original Yooka-Laylee. But Replaylee so far is good, maybe even great!

Even the iconic "Goblins go to war against the MC town" is totally made up.

MC hears that they're near the town and because nobody is willing to do anything, he risks his life in the name of racism and almost dies to some low level goblins that were minding their business.

I'm very tempted to do a chapter by chapter commentary because the first book is already VERY different from the anime!!! Deedlit is an alcohol MENACE, she purposely gets the MC drunk and that's basically how they meet.
