President Trump’s continued attempts to dehumanize transgender individuals and threaten their very basic human needs is not only unfair, it’s illegal.

We will see you in court.

Really looks like the United States is about to launch a regime change war against Venezuela with:

-No casus belli
-No authorization from Congress
-No allies or international support
-No plan for a post-Maduro Venezuela
-No preparation for any sort of stabilization or containment of the fallout

A second Lavender Scare is taking shape through administrative targeting of transgender service members and veterans. The language is technical; the harm is personal. My piece lays out what is happening and why state and local leaders can act now.

If you plan on talking about anyone following or not following "illegal orders," read this first from Mark Hertling.

He goes into the differences between the oaths taken by enlisted service members and officers, as well as why those differences are important.
