I am an author so it's pretty important to access my work. My daughter has given me family and friends access and I still can't get in. Their support is non existent. I didn't know about the desktop version aspect.

I changed my sub to basic. It cancelled access to all my docs. I have spent 2 days trying to speak to a human at Microsoft. I have emails saying they have taken my money. It's a nightmare. Beware.

So depressing to read. We need to celebrate our immigrants. My grandfather was one. Within a few years he was slippering a minesweeper in WW1.

When I was a teenager there was a bus direct from my hometown in Germany to London - we had a British army base, and this direct bus connection was one of the benefits of that. One summer I went on that bus to go volunteer in an old people's home in Southend-on-Sea. I had just turned 18 and was... 🧵
