MSNBC published my response to ICE's baseless claims about me. "I am more interested in ICE officer safety than ICE itself is. ICE cares more about running up the deportation numbers than protecting its officers." www.msnbc.com/opinion/msnb...

Perhaps the most definitive refutation of Bari Weiss' longrunning projection of herself and The FP as post-partisan, not-on-your-side truthtellers is CBS's acquisition of The FP and installation of Weiss as EIC *precisely* at a time when Paramount was desperately seeking to curry favor with Trump.

We talk about confronting power, but rarely about confronting ourselves. This essay is about why self-critique is as important as exterior critique.

A Mormon dude just cheerfully approached me outside the gym, invited me to church (which I declined), and then nervously walked away.

I completely forgot I was wearing this shirt.

SCOOP: Last year, Ubisoft cancelled an Assassin's Creed game set during Reconstruction. Was to feature a Black Assassin who, among other things, fought the rise of the Klan

Sources: Leadership nixed it over concerns re: U.S. political climate, backlash to Yasuke

SCOTUS is going to prevent states from banning religious pseudoscientific abuse 4 months after letting states to ban evidence based medical care and see zero irony in their decision.

So revealing that the only musicians left willing to play in AILD with serial abuser Tim Lambesis is litterally the backup band for MAGA rocker Tommy Vext.
Credits for the track confirm that Lambesis serves as the sole songwriter and lyricist, with several new and familiar names joining him for the recording:

Vocals/Guitar: Tim Lambesis
Vocals/Bass: Chris Clancy (Mutiny Within, etc.)
Guitars: Bill Hudson (NorthTale, Tommy Vext, etc.)
Guitars: Don Vedda
Guitars: Jack Daniels (War Of Ages)
Drums: Tim Yeung (Tommy Vext, ex-Divine Heresy, etc.)

It remains unclear whether this recording lineup will also appear live when As I Lay Dying embark on their upcoming European tour celebrating 20 years of Shadows Are Security.

How It Started vs. How It's Going

Free Stater Edition
Eric Brakey

Six years ago, I said confidently that Donald Trump was the "greatest President of my lifetime."
I could say it in truth, but it was also reserved and faint praise because of how terrible all the others had been. (It was a low bar to jump over!)
Today, if the trends of these first few weeks continue — negotiating peace and cutting the DC bureaucracy — I believe I will be able to say confidently that Donald Trump has been the best President of many lifetimes. Eric Brakey

I was detained by Border Patrol and Customs for 90 minutes coming back from a @RoyalCaribbean cruise today in Florida.
After they rifled through all my belongings, read my personal journal, and confiscated my phone and computer, I had to explain to them that the @FreeStateNH is a non-violent, peaceful libertarian movement that builds community, culture and political change.
We were invited to New Hampshire in the early 2000s by the Governor of the state. We reject violence as a path to creating change.
In detail, I had to explain the nature of the Defend the Guard movement and assure them that I was not part of a violent extremist group seeking to raise a militia for insurrection against the government.
At one point during my detention, I asked for clarification on what rights I had here as a U.S. citizen and was told that they did not need a warrant for anything in my possession, including all my electronic devices.
They eventually let me go.
Truth be told, I am shaken up and in shock right now.

Kind of amazing how much of a bootlicking edgelord Jason Brennan turned out to be.
Jason Brennan on Facebook:
Wonder how many pro-Hamas demonstrations will take place on college campuses today.
("We're not pro-Hamas," the liars lied, "We're just pro-Palestine and just happened to pick the anniversary of Hamas's mass murders, because, dunno, Foucault or something.")

Comment:
Were you one of those people who called anti Iraq and Afghanistan war protesters
"pro Al-Qaeda" if any protest overlapped with Sept 11th?

I’ve received multiple death threats + doxing (including my home address) directly following harassment from Turning Point USA, Jack Posobiec, Andy NGO, + Fox News which called me an antifa ‘financier.’

I have been forced to move my classes online.

If journalists want to talk, DM me or reply here.

If expertise has died, the wound was partly self-inflicted. Check out my latest article where I argue that some of today’s most popular science communicators have traded credibility for attention, sadly become BS-spewing hype machines: bit.ly/4gKsSIu

If your conception of liberty is, “Freedom for Me, but not for Thee!” you don’t actually believe in liberty.

As a #libertarian for over 15 years, few things anger me more than people pretending to care about *FREEDOM* and *LIBERTY* while simultaneously cheering on a tyrannical government bullying, censoring, kidnapping, and murdering people they don’t like.

perhaps the biggest story TFPever ran was a catastrophically shoddy argument that George Floyd ackshully died of an overdose. When confronted with irrefutable evidence that the piece was simply wrong, Weiss didn’t take it down, she asked her critic, @radleybalko.bsky.social, to come on a podcast.
