It is so interesting to see Catholics freak the fuck out when they find out you left the church. I've been called a traitor, an apostate (which is technically true), and a heathen and it is so funny that they don't see that that is the behavior that drives people away from Christianity as a whole.

Nothing gets my blood and adrenaline pumping faster than performing a song I've never seen before completely unrehearsed at a tempo I wasn't expecting.

One thing that's come to mind is the bittersweetness the Broadway community must be feeling right now. On one hand the Wicked movie is apparently really good and they're all excited about it, but on the other they're still deeply mourning Gavin Creel.
