Standard cold month post: I truly truly hate how I ALWAYS know the moment it drops below 35°F outside.
I am miserably cold if I’m too near my useless windows. And cold makes my disability flare up!

It’s rough. Not only are they are little old for easy socializing, but half the interactions involve giving them meds!

Just let the porch cat back outside after she came in briefly to get a bonus snack. She felt the cold, turned around, and smacked my leg with a hiss for doing that to her.

They are approximately 9-10 weeks old, which is beyond the easy socializing window, so this one won’t be easy. I’m told the calico is spicy, and the oreo is likely the first to give in to pampering.

Becoming clear that the shock to my system from what was really just 12 hours of my vaccinations kicking my butt as they worked (or, rather, the vomiting triggered), plus Thanksgiving, plus my maintenance sessions being hugely reduced during holiday time, all added together to make me extra fragile.
