This is why I am glad to be former military, child of a military family. I understand preparedness. Too many do not.

Even us hippies know how to survive. Not all of us were always peaceful.

Donald Trump promised to unite the people of this nation, and then did exactly the opposite.

But, in fairness, today, he united a record number of Americans to attend our historic "No Kings" rallies.

I will ALSO contradict myself with the MASSIVE outpourings of good, TRUE protest that I have seen, not only here in the US but also world wide.

Unfortunately, these days, I fear it is only the elders amongst us who understand what we are going through.

THEY have had to protest before.

So many of the younger generation have no true feel for what is at risk of being lost.
