Not only does she admit to tossing it together in 30 minutes, but she thinks that she can do it because she already has a strong opinion on the topic. Education isn’t about expressing the opinions you already had before you read the material.
Worth noting that the student admits that she just threw the thing together in 30 minutes without reading the paper she was supposed to be responding to.

It's actually worse. The Supreme Court has held 9-0 -- Clarence Thomas and other executive power fanatics included -- that detainees rendered to another country via the Alien Enemies Act are entitled to a pre-deportation hearing. There is no legal debate whatsoever.
