During these years of war, I saw heroism, valor, kindness and many other qualities not only in Ukrainians, but also in many people around the world who support Ukraine, who help Ukraine, who worry about Ukraine. And who now carry a piece of 🇺🇦 within them, even if they were born in another country.

Can't verify, but ties up with things I've heard.

In Tatarstan for example, Russia's signup bonus apparently dropped from $38k ish to less than $10k.

Avg. wage there is $10k.

So it's the difference between being offered 4 years vs 1 year of salary. A huge deal when asking people to become "meat".
