That’s already the system? Gerrymandering is how you make some people’s votes worth more than other people’s. But it doesn’t change the fact that only 1 vote is cast per person.
UK 3. We’ve often led the way in early provision of arms and some leadership (Javelins, Challengers, Storm Shadows). However the volume just isn’t there. I also consider failure to invest in our defence industrial base at the start of the war a major failure.
