So far, this is going quite well. But now it's ocurred to me that being an editor and all, I might be playing a newer version where the Ultra Def formation was changed to make it less efficient - because I remember Thomas adressing that very problem at some point. Is that it, @cm9798.bsky.social?

How can you make Leeds title contenders season 1?
Idea: DOUBLE RAUMDEUTERS
I tried about 10 different things, inc the Cov/Don tactic but nothing made us consistent. For some reason this really clicked. We may well lose to Man U, Liv and Ars but already I am impressed.

How can you make Leeds title contenders season 1?
Idea: DOUBLE RAUMDEUTERS
I tried about 10 different things, inc the Cov/Don tactic but nothing made us consistent. For some reason this really clicked. We may well lose to Man U, Liv and Ars but already I am impressed.

Sorry for no updates, but tbh this season has been a grind. Our rep still isn't good enough to attract the best Danish players, so I scoop up regens and build for the future. We reverted to this 3-5-2 tactic. Peter Schmeichel is now 39, but still our best player with a 7.65 avg. #cm9798

There we go -managed to win the league with Sunderland only signing players they had or were linked* with in real life. It felt fun to Google every available player's name to see if #SAFC were ever linked.

So, I've started a Brentford save as well. No Danish players yet, but halfway through the first season it seems I've found an efficient tactic for this lot. Of course, signing David Lee from Chelsea also helped stabilize things. But look at this magnificent run and tell me this tactic isn't good.

Did you know? There's a lot more players in the database than the ones that appear in your save game. The player load will be different depending which playable nations you select. However, there's a trick you can use if you want to force load all players of a specific nationality. 🧵(1/11) #CMtips

Obviously, 3 arrows pushing all the way up is mental. I just tried about 10 variations of arrows with Empoli and this is most impressive (4 league games inc a 1-0 win against Milan)

Bari have a good squad, esp on V2. Plenty of talent mixed with versatility. Legrottiale, Ingesson, Zambrotta, Ventola, Mancini, Doll. And they're a bogey team. So i'm picking the bogey 😂. A thread on how we get on using some dashing tactics..
