Kyiv is now into the fourth hour of an air alarm caused by a reconnaissance drone circling endlessly over the city.
I suspect that if this were nighttime - when residents would be inside because of curfew - the drone would have been shot down long ago.
But too many people on streets below now…

I hope we don't end up in a George Floyd Justice in Policing Act situation where Dems propose ineffective or counter-productive reforms that assuage the media but don't fix anything. But everyone who failed then is still in charge now so that should be the default expectation until proven otherwise.
