...omg, I might die without having tried something that sounds as amazing as this. Now in the bucketlist to try and find someone in my area who can make something like this and cross my fingers that it turns out anything as pretty as what you created for the shoot.

Thanks to my recent trip across the country with the family, I was mildly reinspired to get back into making food for myself. Behold, my lunch for the next two days (recipe in alt text):

Two casserole dishes sit on a black stove top side by side.

Inside the left dish is a mango chicken salad conpised of: 1 peeled and cubed mango, ~4 pieces of slow-cooked chicken breast, 1/2c cilantro, 3/4c yogurt, 2T a jam of my choice (strawberry rhubarb, in this case), 2T Lime juice, 1T dijon mustard, and 1/4tsp of cayenne pepper.

The right-side dish is still mostly full with the rest of the pulled, slow-cooked, chicken not used.

A mango chicken salad sandwich on a broiche bun. Not my ideal (ciabatta is best), but delicious (and I may have put some more hot sauce on it to make it a little less sweet.)

The only reason I can see that the Titans (Eldrazi) aren't game changers... scratch that, I just straight up don't understand why they aren't. Including the non-legends like Void Winnower (my personal fave, because I'm apparently secretly a sadist) and It That Betrays.

Pretty sure the one I use that gets those accounts has been hidden by bsky, so I couldn't even check its name, though I think it still works. That or it's the Spectator Garden Party.

Sesame bagel, toasted to a light crisp, a thin layer of butter spread on right after it comes out of the toaster so it melts completely before putting a generous helping of cream cheese over, and then raspberry habenero jam on that. Not likely to win any NYC elections, but it's delightful.
