One thing from Tom’s story which reflects what we have learned so far is the connection between fear and obesity. Like in James Corden’s video, we believe that we can scare obese people to lose weight. However this fear can actually be the reason for weight gain

Vitamins can not be made by the body and as such are often taken as supplements. Vitamin D, is absorbed into our body from the sun, many take pills to address deficiency. Overdosing vitamins can be extremely harmful to the body.

I really enjoy eating white rice, but oftentimes rice alone is both not fulfilling or satisfying. To add more nutrients I like to add some stir fried meat, like chicken or beef for protein, along with some vegetables like bok choy for fiber and micronutrients. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353
