Hearing info!
The federal system doesn't have bail but does have a process. Its POSSIBLE she could get ordered released at this hearing! We just don't have any options to get her out sooner!

In the federal system, you do get a public defender.
You do also get a detention/probable cause hearing and a judge can order your release at that hearing.
In the current system, people are kept in detention when a judge thinks you are a:
*Flight risk (meaning fleeing prosecution or will not show up to your court hearings)
*Are a danger to self or others (your criminal history is usually used to determine this
