Another GDQ is coming to a close and it's been a treat to start the year watching another quality week of speedrunning!
Watching it this year has made me really want to get involved, maybe I can submit prizes or run Panel De Pon! Until then, have another Famicom Samus!

Seeing eight-player maimai reminds me of when me and childhood friends years ago did that thing where you'd each take an arrow on the DDR pad and together tried to clear an intense difficulty song.
The difference is the GDQ maimai players actually know how to play the rhythm game well, lol

Okay I think I'm gonna try to go to MAGfest next year. If I do, it'll have been a whole ass decade since I last went, and seeing Canada pals going this year is making me jelly again.

I need to also mention that a new puppy in my life means that things might be kinda slow from me on the art front. He's a lovely little guy but he needs love and training and to not get bored during these icy winter months he can't really explore outside yet.
