Just because you have done a job for a while doesnt mean you are properly trained in it and in fact it could mean that bad habits and poor training have lead to you being less qualified for the job over time vs someone who has just been trained for the job properly.

I will never understand why a civilian faced with a gun in their face is supposed to be calmer than a cop who sees a holstered gun. If a cop is too scared to be around others with guns, they aren't fit to be on duty. Being scared and vigilant aren't the same thing.

its insane to me that's easier to get a mentally unstable people to engage with radical ideas than it is to get sane people to engage with political ideas. the fact people are standing out in the cold to add their name to separating from Canada but it was a struggle to get signatures staying.
