So many lies in this story... DHS agents shot an unarmed man with his hands up. They claimed self-defense and charged him with assault. All charges against him are now dismissed with prejudice after DHS refused to turn over the footage to the defense.

There's so much wrong here that I left this out: DHS also gave no-bid contract to a pharmacy benefits company called Ardent Group, w/ the justification that it was the incumbent provider.
But Ardent Group wasn't even registered as a fed vendor until Oct. 22, the same day DHS made the claim.

The deadline has passed for their report on Norlan Guzman Fuentes, who was shot and killed on 9/24. Their report on the 9/29 death of Huabing Xie is due by tomorrow.

I simply cannot understand why anyone takes Adrian Vermeule seriously about anything. "If you criticize America you can't be a citizen" is the most un-American idea imaginable.
